Chris Bishop

We, as an organization, feel that Chris Bishop be considered as an adult mentor recipient for the Champions for Youth Award for 2016. Chris has dedicated countless hours (years) toward the betterment of youth baseball in the Town of Wallingford. Chris coaches our Senior Legion Team in the summer as well as our 12U Teams and Wallingford Little League in the Spring. He teaches the fundamentals of baseball as well as the importance of commitment and teamwork. Chris also stresses the importance of schoolwork and holds players accountable for keeping up their grades. Chris is well liked by all. This is why we feel he would make a excellent candidate for this award.
